Deliveries

Ultimaedizione.com ships for FREE worldwide by UPS courier, reserving the right not to send packages to any address that may be suspicious. We do not deliver to private P.O. boxes. As per the law that regulates trade, all shipments are accompanied by original commercial invoices, which state the value of each item in Euros. For each discounted product, there is a reduced price. As per international import regulations, it is illegal to declare a value lower than the actual value, or to declare items as gifts.

GUARANTEE

In order to avoid any inconvenience, the products are subjected to random verification by Ultima Edizione before being shipped. However, the customer benefits from the Ultima Edizione satisfied or refunded guarantee, pursuant to Article 49 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, valid for 30 days after delivery, provided that it has been used normally and in accordance with the recommendations given in the documents attached to the products and in the relevant instruction booklets. In any case, the products sold benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. To activate the warranty, the customer returns the product to Ultima Edizione at his own expense, attaching the original invoice. The product will be exchanged for an identical product and sent to the customer at Ultima Edizione’s expense, except in the event of stock-outs or discontinuation of the range proposed by Ultima Edizione. In the latter case, Ultima Edizione will refund the price of the product to the customer.

We also inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court alternative dispute resolution, accessible on the https://ec.europa.eu/odr website.

TAXES AND FEES

Please note that Italian VAT will only be applied for shipments made within the European Union. Orders shipped outside of Europe will be exempt from VAT.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) – Within the European Community. The price published on the website includes customs duties, customs fees and local sales taxes. There are no additional costs to be paid at the time of delivery. DDU (Delivery Duty not paid) – Outside the European Community. Orders shipped outside the European Community are exempt from VAT, but are subject to customs duties, local taxes and other customs charges. The payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

Attention: Shipments that will not be successful and will not successfully reach the destination due to import non-compliance, risk being returned to the sender, at the customer’s expense. The cost of shipping and all import taxes assessed for packages returning to Italy will be deducted from any refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, no later than fourteen working days from receipt of the product at the address indicated for delivery. The date shown on the delivery note is full proof of receipt.

The customer can choose between two types of refunds:

1. Full refund: The shipping costs for the return of the order will be borne by the buyer. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Please refer to the box below to be informed about return fees from your country.
2. Store Credit: Return shipping costs are FREE. When the return shipment is accepted, a Voucher will be created, which can be used within 3 months of issue.

Please note that exchanges of items that have already been purchased are not permitted. The customer must make a return shipment, following the return procedures, and re-order the desired items. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal through the e-mail address customer@ultimaedizione.it or by writing to Ultima Edizione S.r.l. – VIA AMBA D’ORO, 54 – 25123 BRESCIA (IT) to request their return authorization number (RAN), by providing us:

1. 1. Order number
   2. the code of the item you wish to return
   3. type of refund (e.g. full refund or Store Credit).

Our customer service will respond as soon as possible with all the necessary instructions.

If the product has already been delivered, the customer is required to return it to Ultima Edizione at the address Ultima Edizione S.r.l. – VIA AMBA D’ORO, 54 – 25123 BRESCIA (IT). To this end:

1. 1. the deadline for returning the product is fourteen days from receipt of the same; The date on the delivery document is full proof. For the purposes of the expiry of the term, the product is considered returned when it is delivered to the accepting post office.
   2. If the product has been delivered, the substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. the customer must ship the product properly packaged and packaged; The security seal must not be removed or cut. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were originally shipped, and neatly packaged. Please be aware that the jewellery box is an integral part of the product and we are unable to refuse to accept the return of the item without the original box, or if the box has been damaged. We will not accept any jewellery that has been used or altered in any way. Ultima Edizione does not accept returns that are damaged, but kept in a normal state of preservation, guarded with the use of normal diligence. Products damaged by detergents/additives, or products damaged by the customer due to inexperience, will not be replaced or refunded.
   3. The customer must insert a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box. The risks of transport for the return of the products are fully borne by the customer. In the event that the Client decides to use a shipping method other than the one indicated in the Latest Edition, the Client will be responsible for the loss or damage of the products during transport, which is due to a negligent choice of the carrier and/or shipping methods.
   4. The costs of returning the goods to the Last Edition are at the customer’s expense and indicated in the table below. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions of sale, Ultima Edizione will refund the sums paid by the customer to the credit card or to the Pay Pal account or through the bank details communicated by the same.
   5. The refund will be made free of charge, within thirty days from the date on which Ultima Edizione became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer.
   6. As required by Legislative Decree 6/9/2005 n. 206 and Article 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal regulated by these terms and conditions of sale does not apply to goods that are tailor-made or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly.

All authorized merchandise that will be returned is subject, upon its return, to a check at the sole discretion of Ultima Edizione. Returned items must meet all of the requirements listed above. If the returned jewel passes the return inspection and the procedure has been followed correctly, the refund will appear on the customer’s credit card (or Bank or PayPal), net of the original transport costs and return shipping costs indicated in the following table.

Pursuant to art. 57, paragraph II, of the Consumer Code, the customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the products purchased on ultimaedizione.com as a result of a use of the products other than that necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning. Therefore, the Seller, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return or not to fully refund the sums paid for the purchase, in relation to those products that do not have the relevant tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
